Eligibility Criteria for Chief Manager (Accounts)/Manager and Other Job
Educational Qualification:
  1. Chief Manager (Accounts)/Manager (Accounts): Qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
  2. Chief Superintendent (Civil)/Superintendent (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  3. Deputy Manager (Accounts)/Asstt. Manager (Accounts): Qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
  4. Deputy Superintendent (Mines)/Asstt. Superintendent Mines): Graduate with Bachelor of Mining Engg. from a University/recognized Institution and possessing the Ist Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted). Good knowledge of computers and exposure to the latest mining software is essential.
  5. Deputy Controller of Purchase/Asstt. Controller of Purchase: Degree in any branch of Engineering with one year recognized Diploma in Materials Management OR Degree in any discipline with two years recognized Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Materials Management OR Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Materials Management.
  6. Manager (CS)/Asstt. Manager (Personnel): Degree in Engineering and two years full-time PG Degree/Diploma recognized by statutory authority/Central/State Govt. in Personnel Management, Labour/Social Welfare, Social work, Social behavioral science, Training & Development OR Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Personnel Management. OR Master of Business Administration (MBA)/PGPM with specialization in HRD/Training & Development.
  7. Accounts Officer: Degree in any discipline with CA/ICWA intermediate pass. The candidate should have post qualification experience at the supervisory level in Accounts Department of a PSU/large concern for at least 5 (five) years in the areas like Works Accounting, Project Accounting, and finalization of Accounts. Candidate should have worked in a computerized environment.
