Educational Qualification:
For General Manager & Deputy General Manager: Degree in Mining Engineering (B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc – 4 Yrs) from a recognized institute and First Class Mine Manager Certificate of Competency under Coal Mine Regulations – 1957.
For Manager: Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Law Degree (3 years or 5 years) from a recognized university and should have enrolled as an Advocate with any State Bar Council in India.
Nationality: Indian
Age Limit: As on 01.07.2015
For General Manager: 54 years
Deputy General Manager: 52 years
For Manager: 36 years
Selection Process: Selection will be based on Personal Interview.
