Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Engineer and Estate Manager Job
Educational Qualification:
  1. Temporary Assistant Engineer (Electrical): Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university with a minimum 50%. Minimum 05 years of experience After Graduation in the field of Electrical Engineering OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institution with minimum 50% marks. Minimum 07 years of experience After Diploma in the field of Electrical Engineering. Thorough Knowledge of Electrification in institutional buildings Electrification, HT, LT connection, knowledge of electrical R & B SOR, preparation of plans and estimates of works, taking measurements, water pumps, Starters, A.C. plants, liaison with MGVCL, etc, are essential. Recording of M.B, & Knowledge of detailed specifications of an item of works, is essential.
  2. Temporary Assistant Engineer (Civil): Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks. Min. five years of experience After Graduation in special repairs, ordinary repairs & construction of Building works. OR Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution with minimum 50% marks. Min. Seven years of experience After Diploma in special repairs, ordinary repairs & construction of Building works. Thorough Knowledge of Estimation & Costing, Rate analysis. Knowledge of English, Gujarati and Hindi languages.
  3. Estate Manager: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university with minimum 04 years experience in Maintaining land records and Liaoning with revenue department that is City survey/Collector Office /Municipal Corporation etc. and taking necessary approvals whenever required OR Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized university with minimum 06 years experience in Maintaining land records and Liaoning with revenue department that is City survey/Collector Office/Municipal Corporation etc. and taking necessary approvals whenever required. well versed in dealing with all Land related documents like property card, 7/12 extract, NA, Gut Nakasha, Survey plan, search report, property tax, conveyance, etc. Experience in dealing with the government survey department for an accurate survey of the land and regularizing any mistakes in the survey area to match the sale deed area with the physical boundary area with a survey area.
