MP ESB Profile Panjiyan Document Required 2023  

  1. Scan Passport Size Photo with Name & Date of Taken Photo (Not Old More than 3 Months)
  2. Candidate Signature
  3. Candidate Handwriting (As per MPESB template)
  4. Date of Birth Proof (10th / 12th / Other)
  5. Category Certificate (Only for MP Category Candidate)
  6. PH (Divyang) Certificate (If Applicable)

How to apply to Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board Profile registration, Update, Re-Print, Find Profile Id, Forget Password
  1. To make a new Madhya Pradesh ESB profile registration, the candidates will get some useful important link selections on this page
  2. To make a new registration, the candidates will first have to give their mobile no. and Email Id, which they want to link to the profile
  3. An OTP will be received on the registered mobile no. of the candidates, through which his mobile no. will have to be verified
  4. Profile ID and Password will be received on the registered mobile number and email id of the candidates
  5. After login with their profile ID and password, the candidates will have to do KYC of his/her profile, for which the candidates will have to enter their Adhar Card number at the above place
  6. To verify KYC, the candidates will have two options, one is to verify the profile with the OTP received on the mobile number registered in her Adhar Card and whose mobile number is not registered in adhar card or otp is not being received. They can get their profile KYC done through biometrics by visiting the official  KIOSK center of the Madhya Pradesh government
  7. After the KYC process is completed, the candidate has to fill in the basic information such as Name of the candidate, Fathers name, Mothers name, Date of birth, Address, Marriage information, Any special qualification, Education qualification, Domicile information, and others
  8. The candidate should have his/her photograph which is not more than 3 months old and the name of the candidate and the date of taking the photograph should be written on the photo along with the signature and handwriting of the candidate. All this is a template of MPESB and will have to be pasted in it and uploaded
  9. Candidates have to upload their date of birth certificate
  10. The candidate who is residents of Madhya Pradesh and belong to any reserved category will also have to upload their cast certificate
