Eligibility Criteria for Town Planner, Architect, and Other Job
Educational Qualification:
- Urban Designer: Registered Architect with Masters Degree in Urban Design with a minimum of 10 years of work experience in Master Planning/Community Planning work. Preference will be given to candidates conversant with Urban Design elements of George Town/with experience in similar Government projects.
- Senior Architect: Registered Architect with Masters Degree in Town Planning with a minimum of 10 years experience in similar projects. Preference will be given to candidates conversant with the formulation of Form-Based Codes.
- Town Planner: Masters Degree in Town Planning with GIS knowledge and a minimum of 3 years experience in similar projects.
- Architect: Registered Architect with at least 2 years experience in any Urban Design studio.
