Eligibility Criteria for Trained Graduate Teacher Job
Educational Qualification:
Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), Odia: He/ She must have obtained bachelor degree certificate in Odia as Hons. or pass subject form a recognized university with minimum 5o% marks in aggregate (45% for ST/PH candidates) along with a degree in Bachelor in Education (a course prescribed by NCTE) form an institution recognized by NCET and affiliated to a recognized university.
Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), English: He/ She must have obtained bachelor degree certificate in English as Hons. or pas subject form a recognized university with minimum 5o% marks in aggregate (45% for ST/PH candidates) along with a degree in Bachelor in Education (a course prescribed by NCTE) form an institution recognized by NCET and affiliated to a recognized university.
Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), Mathematics: He/ She must have obtained bachelor degree certificate in Science with Mathematics as Hons. Or pas subject with any o2 of the following subjects: Physics, chemistry, computer Science, computer Application, Statistics. If he/she has passed Math as pass subject, then he must have Hons. Either in Physics or in chemistry from a recognized university with minimum marks in aggregate (45% for ST/PH candidates) along with a degree in bachelor in Education (a course prescribed by NCTE) form an institution recognized by NCET and affiliated to a recognized university.
Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), Physical Science: He/she must have obtained bachelor degree certificate In Physics/Chemistry as Hons. Or pas subject form a recognized university with minimum 5o% marks in aggregate (45% for ST/PH candidates) along with a degree in Bachelor in Education (a course prescribed by NCTE) form an institution recognized by NCET and affiliated to a recognized university.
Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), Social Science: He/ She must have obtained bachelor degree certificate in Arts with Honors subject in any i out of the following three (3) subjects: history, Geography, Political science. In addition, he)she should have one more elective/pass subject out of the flowing 8 subjects: history, Geography, Economics, Political science, Indian Polity, Indian Economy, Indian Geography and Landmarks in Indian History form a recognized university with minimum 5o% marks in aggregate (45% for sT/PH candidates) along with a degree in Bachelor in Education (a course prescribed by NCTE) form an institution recognized by NCET and affiliated to a recognized university.
