Educational Qualification and Age Limit:
Research Associate (RA): Ph.D. in Mining Engineering/Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & communications Engineering/Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering/Computer Science & Engineering/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or B.E./B.Tech. from IISc/IITs/NITs/IISERs/IIITs and other centrally funded institutions with first class and 2 years experience or B.E./B.Tech. and M.E/M. Tech with first class and 2 years experience with specialization in Mining Engineering/Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & communications Engineering/Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering/Computer Science & Engineering/Computer Engineering/Information Technology.
Senior Research Fellow (SRF): B.E./B.Tech. from II. Sc./IITs/NITs/IISERs/IIITs and other centrally funded institutions with first class or BE/B.Tech. and ME/M. Tech. with first class with specialization in Computer Science & Engineering/Computer Engineering/Information Technology.
Age Limit: The upper age limit for Research Associate (RA) is 35 years and 32 years for Senior Research Fellow (SRF) as on 09 January 2020 (Age relaxation as per GOI rules).
