Eligibility Criteria for Deputy Manager, Officer, and other Job
Educational Qualification and Age Limit:
- General Manager/Joint General Manager (HR): Two-years full time, Postgraduate Degree/Equivalent course in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Master of Social work (MSW)/Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in HR/Personnel Management from a recognized institute with the good academic record. Applicants should have a minimum of 60% marks, relaxed to 50% for SC/ST candidates. Pass Class in Professional qualification. Additional LLB (Degree in Law) will be an added advantage. Age Limit: 52 years/47 Years as on 01 February 2020.
- General Manager/Joint General Manager (Finance): CA/CMA/ICWA. Age Limit: 52 years/47 Years as on 01 February 2020.
- Deputy Manager (Finance): CA/CMA/ICWA. Age Limit: 32 Years as on 01 February 2020.
- Officer (Liaison): 04 years of full-time regular Engineering Degree in any discipline with 02 years full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized institute with a good academic record. Applicants should have a minimum 70% relaxed to 60% for SC/ST applicants. Age Limit: 30 Years as on 01 February 2020.
