Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have M.Sc with NET qualification or B.Tech with NET/GATE qualification or M.Tech in physics, chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Laser Technology or Materials Science with knowledge of laser, plasmonics, solar cells, optics and little bit of instrumentation are preferable.
