Total No of Vacancies :- 1180
Age Limit: Minimum - 18 Years / 21 Years; Maximum - 26 Years for General and OBC, 38 Years for Category 2A/ 2B/ 3A/ 3B, 18 to 40 Years for SC, ST & Category-1. (as on 30th March 2017)
Pay Scale:
(a) Excise Sub Inspector :- 16000- 400-17200- 450-1900- 500-21000- 600-24600- 700-28800- 800-2960
(b) Excise Guard :- 11600- 200-12000- 250-13000- 300-14200- 350-15600- 400-17200- 450-19000- 500-21000
Requried Educational Qualification: Minimum Matriculation with 12th Class Pass from Govt. Recognized Board.
Selection Process: Physical Endurance Test, Physical Measurement Test, Visibility Test, Written Examination and Medical Exam etc.
Application Fee: ₹ 300/- for General and OBC; ₹ 150/- for Category 2A/ 2B/ 3A/ 3B; ₹ 25/- for SC, ST & Category-1. The fee can be made through online payment mode.
